How to view a service in Case Management

Explore the full range of services your organisation is referring to by visiting the 'Services' tab!

Use the Services area to look up a service and read the information currently available for it. Viewing a service is read-only: it does not save, edit, refer, signpost, or otherwise change the service.

Find a service

  1. In the Case Management left side panel, select Services.

  2. Choose the view that is most useful:

    • All added — all services in the directory.

    • My saved — services you have saved.

    • My organisation's — services added by your organisation.

  3. Find the service card you need. To narrow the list, enter a service or provider name in Search services... and press Enter to submit the search.

Read the service details

  1. On the relevant service card, select View.

  2. Read the service-detail window. Depending on what has been provided for that service, it can show:

    • the service name;

    • the provider name and provider city;

    • a description;

    • the nature of support;

    • delivery modes;

    • referral type;

    • website, email address, and phone number;

    • coverage areas; and

    • additional Web links.

  3. If Web links are shown, select a link to open it in a new browser tab.

  4. When you have finished, close the service-detail window using its Close (X) control.

Only information that is available for the service is shown, so some fields may not appear. Closing the window or selecting a web link does not change the service or save anything.
