📌 Note: You can only send multiple wellbeing trackers via email or text. If you would like to complete them in person with the client, you need to create multiple (one after the other) within Joy and fill them out as you normally would in succession.
Go to your ‘Client’ page of the case management system
Select the name of the client 👇 who you would like to send the wellbeing tracker(s) to
3. Go to the ‘Wellbeing’ tab
4. Select the blue ‘Request follow-ups’ 👇 in the middle of the page
5. A pop-up will open with your options, select whether you would like to send them to the client via email 📧 or text 📲
6. Select which wellbeing frameworks you would like to send to the patient as follow-ups, by simply clicking on them (here is where you select multiple)
7. Click ‘Send’ 📩
8. Your client will receive the follow-up wellbeing trackers to complete which will appear on the 'Wellbeing' tab
9. You have now sent multiple wellbeing follow-ups to your client! 🎉
