📩 How to send a wellbeing tracker
Go to the client's page 🧑 of the Case Management System and click on the client's name who you would like to send the questionnaire
Navigate to the ‘Wellbeing’ tab ❤️ of the client page
To the right of the page, you will see the ‘Create’ button
Click on the ‘Create’ button 👇 and select the appropriate Wellbeing Tracker 👇
Click on one of the options to send the Tracker to the client (Email 📧/Text 📲) that will send it to them to complete later or select 'Complete now' ✍️, which you will then have to fill out yourself on behalf of the client if you do this skip to step 7
The client will receive the Wellbeing tracker either by email or text and will be able to complete it in their own time (unless you selected 'Complete now')
Once they answer the questions and click 'Send', their replies will land into their 'Client Record' under 'Past Events', you can also view their responses and send follow-ups on the 'Wellbeing' tab

Sending back to the clinical record
Go to the 'Client Record' and look at the section under 'Past Events'
Select the note 📝 with the completed questionnaire in the 'Client Record', this should show their responses
Click on the 'Send to clinical record' 👇 button and choose the relevant surgery
Finally, select SNOMED codes if applicable
Click 'Send' 👇
You have now sent a wellbeing framework to a client, then filed it back to the medical record! 🎉
