Go to the 'Clients' tab, use the search function 🔍 to find the clients you would like to merge if they do not appear automatically

Click the grey three dots 👇 to the right of the page on the client you would like to merge

Then select 'Merge' 👇

Scroll the bottom of the page that pops up and type the name of the patient you would like to merge this patient with

A pop-up will confirm that you would like to continue, confirm you would like to 👍 by selecting 'Yes, Merge'

You have now merged successfully! 🎉
