How do I assign a client to myself if I forgot to while accepting the referral?

If you forget to assign the correct staff member, or want to change a client's team member, this guide walks you through how to change this!

  1. Head to the ‘Clients’ tab

  2. Go to the 'All Clients page' to see all of the clients for your team (including those unassigned)

  3. Go to the client you accepted by searching their name 🔍 or finding 'n/a' (or the currently assigned staff members name) under the staff member column

  4. Select the patient's name 👇 you would like to assign

  5. Select ‘Profile’ 👇

  6. Under ‘Client status’ on the right-hand side, select ‘Edit’ 👇

  7. Click on ‘None selected’ under ‘Staff member’ to open a drop-down menu and tick next to the team member ☑️ you would like to assign this client to

  8. Hit ‘Save’

  9. The client has now been assigned to someone within your organisation! 🎉
