💡 How will multiple staff members assigned affect the dashboard?

If a client is assigned to multiple staff members, they will still count as 1 client in the dashboard data. E.g. if John Doe is assigned to 5 staff members, his data will be counted 1 time, not 5 times.

💡 How will multiple staff members assigned affect inbound referrals?

  • New client: When accepting/declining a referral for a new client, the staff member selected will be assigned as normal.

  • Existing client: When accepting/declining a referral for an existing client, if a staff member who is not currently assigned to the client is selected, the new staff member will be added to the client’s staff members assigned. If the staff member who is currently assigned to the client is re-selected when accepting/declining a referral, the client’s staff members assigned will remain the same.
