📌 Note: This feature is currently only available for a few pilot users while we make sure it is as perfect as possible!

💡 What are ‘Client Cases’?

’Client cases’ allow different health and wellbeing professionals to work on separate cases within a single client. ‘Client cases’ now appear within the ‘Clients’ tab of the Joy Case Management System and are created when a new referral is made.

💡 Why did we build ‘Client cases’?

We received much feedback to improve the platform and allow you to work on separate cases for the same client.

We have developed ‘Client Cases’ so you can …

  • Create a case by accepting a referral or by adding it in ‘Clients’.

  • Create multiple cases at once for a client, each with its own timeline including start date and topic e.g. Social Prescribing Case, Health and Wellbeing Case

  • Assign different staff members to each case

  • Record notes, contacts, referrals etc onto the client record specific to a client case

  • Assign triage priority to a client case

  • Change the status of a client case including discharging a particular client case
