๐ Note: All templates you create will appear for everyone in your organisation.
There are two different areas in Joy to save a template for different functions:
When sending emails/texts to clients
When creating a client record using contact/note/action
Open any client case, hover over the pink 'Create New' button and click on client contact
โClick on 'Templates' ๐ to view any existing templates in your account, if you want to create a new template, click 'Manage Templates' ๐ at the bottom of the menu
โOn the template management screen, click 'Create New' ๐ in the top-right corner
โGive your template a title and type out the content you want to standardise โ๏ธ, such as standardised questions or common phrases
โWhen you're satisfied with your template, click 'Save' โ to add it to your list of templates
โTo edit or delete a template, go to the template list
โYou can click the pencil icon โ๏ธ to edit, or the bin icon ๐๏ธ to delete a template, remember, changes you make will apply to everyone on your team
โTo use your template, go back to your template list and select the one you've created ๐, the title and content will appear, and you can fill in the specific details for your client
โOnce you've filled in the details that aren't provided by the template โ๏ธ, save the contact or note as usual
โYou have now created and used a template! ๐
