How do I create an email or SMS template?

Email and SMS templates help cut down time spent writing messages to your clients.

💡 Hint: The template you create will be available for everyone in your organisation, so you won't have to duplicate any work!

  1. Select any client

  2. Select the text bubble 💬 or envelope icon ✉️ next to the client's name

  3. Select the ‘Templates’ button 👇

  4. Click ‘Manage Templates’ 👇

  5. Select ‘Create new’ 👇

  6. Name your template ✍️ and choose if you would like this template to be used for SMS, email, or both

  7. Enter the text ✍️ that you would like to populate when the template is selected (you can even add attachments which will auto-attach to this template for emails, for example a leaflet on your service)

  8. Select ‘Save'

  9. You have created a new template! 🎉

📌 Note: Only include the main body text in the template. Salutation and signature are added automatically when sending a message.
