📌 Note: it is a pre-requisite to use this feature that the GP surgery the client belongs to is on Joy and has signed the Data Sharing Agreement with NHS. To activate this feature please contact your account manager.
Go to the 'Client Cases' page of the Joy case management system
Select the client you would like to see the medical record of
Click on their client 'Account icon' 👇
Scroll to the bottom of the pop up. Please select 'View GP medical record' 👇
A window will pop up and you will be asked to select the relevant permissions to confirm that you have a legitimate relationship with this client and that you have obtained permission from the client to view this record
Please select the relevant case 👇
The ODS code is a unique identifier code that will be auto selected for you and connect you with the practice the patient is registered with
Click 'Continue' 👇
You will then be able to view the patient's medical record! 🎉
📌 Note: When the patient's medical record is viewed within Joy, the data is
stored for 24 hours, so any record updates will not appear until the next day.
