How to transfer a patient to another staff member?

Follow this guide to transfer a patient to another member of your team.

  1. Go to the 'Client Case' page of the case management system

  2. Select the client case πŸ§‘ whom you want to move to another member of the staff by clicking on their name

  3. Select the Account Icon πŸ‘‡ under the client

  4. Click on the dropdown option under staff members and tick the staff member you would like to assign the client to. Remember to untick the current staff member πŸ‘‡

  5. You have now changed the staff member assigned to this client! πŸŽ‰
