How to update the status of a signpost or referral made outside of Joy on the services tab

Follow this guide to manually update the status of a signpost or a manual referral when you find out if the patient has attended.

  1. Go to the 'Clients' tab

  2. Select the client you would like to update the signpost status by clicking on their name πŸ§‘

  3. Click on the 'Services' tab πŸ‘‡ under that client's page

  4. Click on the status πŸ‘‡ of the referral or signpost (shown here as 'awaiting response')

  5. Select the relevant status πŸ‘‡ that you would like to update it to

  6. You have now updated the status of your signpost or external referral! πŸŽ‰
