Appears when the user receives a message from the service provider inside a referral (“Conversation”) that was previously made.
This should not be triggered when the service provider presses accept/decline. Only when a free text message is sent.
When the user clicks on the notification, they are taken to the referral communications page.
📤 Outbound referral
Outbound referral accepted: [Client full name] - [Service name]
Appears when a service provider accepts the referral you made to their service
When the user clicks on the notification, they are taken to the client profile page on the CMS.

Appears when a service provider declines the referral you made to their service
