When you open a patient on EMIS/S1 and the widget appears, please hover over the widget for 2 - 3 seconds and a little gear icon will appear
When you click on the gear ⚙️👇 it will open up the settings page for the widget and here are the options to choose from regarding size and visibility

Visible with patient selection
Visible with clinical system open (Recommended)
Visisble via taskbar

Option 4: Alerts
Silent - Proactive alerts are disabled.
Quiet - After a proactive alert is shown once, they are silenced for 30 minutes.
Normal - Proactive alerts are always shown when they are applicable.
Option 5: Joy Notes (if enabled)
Concise - Short, bullet point style.
Standard - Moderate level of detail.
Detailed - More detailed with additional context.
