Has JoyConnect been installed on your computer?

1. To check if it is installed, please can you go to the computer settings &gt; Apps &gt; Installed apps and scroll down to J to see if JoyConnect is there
    
   
    

Is SystmOne the default clinical system currently set on your computer?

1. To check which clinical system is the default system, please go to the right bottom of your screen in your toolbar and click on the little upward arrow &gt; right click on the JoyConnect icon &gt; Make sure a tick is next to the correct clinical system
    
   
    

Launch JoyConnect manually from your desktop.

1. To launch JoyConnect manually, please double click on the JoyConnect icon that is on your desktop.
