Open up a patient 🧑 you would like to signpost a service to, on either SystmOne or EMIS

Open up JoyConnect by clicking the '+' button 👇 next to 'Joy'

Click 'signpost' 👇 under the service that you would like to signpost to this patient

Alternatively, you can select the service to open it up and view some more information including key statistics and then scroll to the bottom of the services information and click 'signpost' 👇

Underneath the first service you have selected to signpost, is a button labeled 'Add service' 👇

If you click this button it will allow you to search for the name of the service 🔍 you would like to signpost from your saved services, you can add as many services as you wish to the signpost

The patient's email address will be pre-filled so you don't have to fill that out

The system will generate a message to the patient with the details of this service, this message is editable ✍️

There is an option here to click a tickbox to send automated reminders to the patient and the tickbox to add a SNOMED code back onto the clinical system will be automatically selected. ☑️

Click 'Signpost now' 👇

Click 'Done' or 'View Signpost' 👇 to view the details of this signpost
