Open up a patient 🧑 you would like to signpost a service to, on either SystmOne or EMIS
Open up JoyConnect by clicking the '+' button 👇 next to 'Joy'
3. Click 'Signpost' 👇 under the service that you would like to signpost to this patient
Alternatively, you can select the service to open it up and view some more information including key statistics
4. Scroll to the bottom of the services information and click 'Signpost' 👇
The system will generate a message to the patient with the details of this service. This message is editable.
There is an option here to click a tickbox to send automated reminders to the patient and the tickbox to add a SNOMED code back onto the clinical system will be automatically selected ☑️
5. Click 'Signpost now' 👇
6. Click 'Done' or 'View Signpost' 👇 to view the details of this signpost
7. You have now signposted a service to a patient using JoyConnect! 🎉
