How do I check that my client record is filing back to the correct clinical system?

How do I check that my client record is filing back to the correct clinical system?

Notes can sometimes fail to send back this can be due to the client record in Joy being attached to the wrong GP practice's clinical system.

  1. On the left-hand menu, go to the 'Clinical Systems' tab ๐Ÿ‘‡, this will show any records that failed to file back to EMIS or System 1
    โ€‹

  2. To Identify the Incorrect Connection look for records that failed to send ๐Ÿ‘€, which may be because the clientโ€™s record in Joy is linked to the wrong clinical system (e.g., they're registered with a different GP surgery)
    โ€‹

  3. Next, open the Client Record by clicking on the title of the failed record ๐Ÿ‘‡ to open the full details
    โ€‹

    โ€‹This will open this page:

  4. In the clientโ€™s profile, go to the 'Profile' tab ๐Ÿ‘‡ under the clientโ€™s name
    โ€‹

  5. Look at the Client Status box and check the listed clinical record to verify if it's correct
    โ€‹

  6. Ensure the clinical record matches the GP surgery they are registered with
    โ€‹

  7. If they do not match you will need to update the Clinical Record, to do this click the 'Edit' ๐Ÿ‘‡ button on the right side of the client status box
    โ€‹

  8. Use the drop-down menu to select the correct clinical record, then click 'Save' โœ…
    โ€‹

  9. To retry sending the record return to the Clinical Systems list from step 1, find the record again, and click the 'Retry' ๐Ÿ”๐Ÿ‘‡ button, the system will now try to send the record to the correct GP practice
    โ€‹

  10. This should resolve the issue of the client being connected to the wrong clinical system! ๐ŸŽ‰
