This guide will show you how to claim your Joy account so you can manage your listing and add a referral pathway.
📌 Note: Please ONLY follow these steps if you know your service is already listed on Joy (and you are the email holder of the email attached to the account) and you would like to access your account.
Method One: Creating a new password

Select ‘Forgot password?’ 👇
Enter your email ✍️
Select ‘Request new password/claim account’ 👇
You will then receive an email allowing you to set a new password, follow the instructions provided
You have now claimed your marketplace account! 🎉
Method Two: Finding the Welcome Email
Alternatively, you may have received an email from us to claim your account. Follow these steps if you have been able to locate this email.
Check your inbox/shared inbox for an email from [email protected] 📧
Click 'Claim your account' 👇
Add a password ✍️ on Joy
You should now have access to a Joy Marketplace account! 🎉
