Check your inbox for an email from [email protected] with the subject ‘Welcome to Joy’ 📨
Select the ‘Claim my account’ button in the email
Follow the steps provided to create your account
You should now be able to access your Joy account! 🎉
😖 Having trouble setting a password?
The ‘Claim your account’ button has most likely expired! To troubleshoot this:
Head to https://case.thejoyapp.com/
Select the ‘Log in’ button in the top right
Select ‘Forgot password' 👇
Fill in your details and you should receive an email from [email protected] select 'Create password' 👇
Follow the prompts provided to set a new password
Log into Joy with the new password you have created
You should now be able to access your Joy account! 🎉
