How do I claim my account?

This article walks you through how to claim your Joy account provided it has already been set up.

  1. Check your inbox for an email from [email protected] with the subject ‘Welcome to Joy’ 📨
    ​

  2. Select the ‘Claim my account’ button in the email
    ​

  3. Follow the steps provided to create your account
    ​

  4. You should now be able to access your Joy account! 🎉

😖 Having trouble setting a password?

The ‘Claim your account’ button has most likely expired! To troubleshoot this:

  1. Head to https://case.thejoyapp.com/
    ​

  2. Select the ‘Log in’ button in the top right
    ​

  3. Select ‘Forgot password' 👇
    ​

  4. Fill in your details and you should receive an email from [email protected] select 'Create password' 👇
    ​

  5. Follow the prompts provided to set a new password
    ​

  6. Log into Joy with the new password you have created
    ​

  7. You should now be able to access your Joy account! 🎉
    ​
