Error 1

SystmOne: file back failed, error - Unknown UserName value [name-name]

This means your credentials may not be stored in Joy correctly.


✔️ Solution: Please update your SystmOne username in Joy

Go to "My organisation" > Click on the three dots next to your name > Select 'Edit' > Update the SystmOne Username field > Press 'Save'

💡 Hint: If you don't know your SystmOne username please log in to SystmOne without your smartcard and it will be displayed in the username box.


Please reach out the GP practice and check your permissions within SystmOne. You will need to have the following local permissions within SytmOne to use Joy:
