This means that someone at the GP practice has blocked the integration with SystmOne.


βœ”οΈ Solution: Please ask a systems administrator at the GP practice to follow this guide: Unblocking Joy on SystmOne

Please send an email with this guide to the practice manager at the GP surgery affected. They will be able to unblock it inside SystmOne. This is a very simple task for them and will only take them a moment. If the Practice Manager is busy, you can ask any staff member who has System Administrator rights inside SystmOne
