At the end of March and early April, we experienced some unexpected downtime in our Case Management System. We know how disruptive this can be, and we’re truly sorry for any inconvenience caused. Please know we take this seriously - our team worked swiftly to resolve the issue and we’ve been investigating the root cause to prevent it from happening again.

You’ll see tags on the patient summary page, making it easy to view, add, or update tags for each client whenever needed.
