My Tasks: Also known as a to do list. This is when you create an action that needs to be done. Please note this does not populate any data in the dashboard and is for internal use.

Create a new task/action in the client record
To add a Action to a client record follow these steps:
Log in to your account at case.thejoyapp.com
βClick π on Client Cases in the main menu on the left
βOpen the record of the client you want to add a task to by clicking π on the name of the client
βSelect the case you would like to add the Action to
βTowards the top right of the screen, hover your mouse over the pink + Create new button, a drop down list will appear
βSelect Action by clicking π on that option in the list
βFill out the Title βοΈ and body of your new record
βScroll down and make sure to select the correct Case to link this record to, along with the Date, Time and Duration
βScroll right to the bottom and confirm whether you wish a copy of this record to be sent to the client's medical record (Save to clinical record) and whether you would like to make this a Key event
βClick π Save in the bottom right and this will be added to the Case notes
Create a new task/action in the My Tasks feature
Log in to your account at case.thejoyapp.com
βClick π on My tasks in the main menu on the left
βClick on Add new π
βSelect the option that you require
Fill in the title and body as needed.
βChoose you Client from the drop down list, select the date you need to action this task and time if needed.

Congratulations! You have now added a new Action to your client case. π
