đ This is a common reason that notes are not able to send back to the clinical system so it is important to make sure this is inputted correctly.
Go to the 'My organisation' tab of the case management system
Click on the three dots next to your name
Choose Edit
4. Ensure that your S1 username is inputted in the correct field and please note that it is case sensitive âď¸

5. Click 'Save' â

6. VERY IMPORTANT - After the steps has been completed you have to log into SystmOne for this to activate!
