Use this guide to read the member screen and narrow the rows you see.
What counts as a member
A list normally contains client cases. The screen shows one member row per visible client, even if more than one of that client's cases belongs to the list.
The count at the top shows all visible members. When filters are active it changes to a count such as 3 of 8 members.
Read the member rows
Each row can show:
Client name, email address and phone number;
Date of referral processed;
Next action and Last action;
Status;
Staff member;
Record type — Client case or Client;
Options — create one client record, add or remove a client tag, or send one email.
Select the client name to open their profile. 1 without email, or the matching number, warns that some members cannot receive a bulk email.
Filter the members
Open a list.
Choose a value under All statuses to show one case status.
Choose a person under All staff to show members assigned to that staff member.
Select Clear filters to show all members again.
A filter is shown only when the list has a relevant option. If no rows match, Joy says No members match the current filters.
Sort the members
Select Date of referral processed, Next action, Last action or Status in the table heading. Select it again to reverse the order, and a third time to return to the original order. Missing dates stay at the end.
On a phone or tablet the same details appear as cards, but sortable table headings are not shown.
Privacy and bulk actions
Normal client and case privacy applies. Hidden clients and hidden cases you cannot access are not shown. Organisation Owners can see hidden work.
Member filters change only the rows on screen. Bulk email, bulk WhatsApp, Schedule messages and Create bulk records use the whole visible list, not only filtered or ticked rows.
