You can use the Activity tab to review the full history of actions taken for a patient.
Before you start
Load and verify the correct patient before reviewing their history. An Activity entry confirms that an action was recorded; check any delivery or fileback status separately rather than assuming it succeeded.
Step by step
Load your patient in JoyConnectWeb.
Select the Activity tab from the patient's record.
Review the list of entries — each shows the action type, date, and the user who carried it out.
Select any entry to see its full detail, including the service involved and when the action was carried out.
Confirm actions here
After sending a referral or signpost, the Activity tab is the quickest way to confirm it went through. If it appears in the list, it was recorded successfully.
Check the result
You can identify the action, date, user and service from the entry. Where shown, review the fileback status separately.
