How do I access and edit the client profile in Client Cases?

This article will show you where you can find the profile so you can access or edit the information stored in the new client cases.

  1. Go to the Client page

  2. Select the relevant client 👇 from the list

  3. Select Settings ⚙️

  4. Edit any of the patient information on the patient’s profile including the clinical record that is connected to the patient

  5. You have now successfully accessed and edited a client's record! 🎉

💡 Please note there are two other sections on the ‘Settings’ page:

  1. Next of Kin - this section can include information about the client’s next of kin contact

  2. Cases - here you are able to update information about the cases associated with the client including title, triage status, staff member assigned and start date
