How to add details of a referral back to the clinical system

This shows you how to add the details of a referral back to EMIS or SystmOne, so you can document details on the clinical record.

  1. Make a referral (document referral or marketplace referral)
    ​

  2. Go to the 'Client Record' tab
    ​

  3. Click on the referral by selecting it from under 'Past events' in the 'Client Record' 👇
    ​

  4. Select 'Send to clinical record' 👇 this will then turn purple
    ​

  5. Add SNOMED codes ✍️ (optional) by ticking the check box next to the relevant code ☑️
    ​

  6. Press 'Save' or 'Save and send' ✅
    ​

  7. You have added the referral to the clinical system! 🎉
