How to add details of a referral back to the clinical system

Make a referral (document referral or marketplace referral)

Go to the 'Client Record' tab

Click on the referral by selecting it from under 'Past events' in the 'Client Record' 👇

Select 'Send to clinical record' 👇 this will then turn purple
​

Add SNOMED codes ✍️ (optional) by ticking the check box next to the relevant code ☑️
​

Press 'Save' or 'Save and send' ✅
​

You have added the referral to the clinical system! 🎉
