How to use the Services directory and save a service

Find shared services, save a personal shortlist, and understand the Services directory views.

Written by Sonja Gebhardt

The Services directory helps you find services your team may use. You can keep a personal shortlist of useful services in My saved.

What you will find in Services

Open Services from the Case Management navigation. The directory has three views:

  • All added is the shared directory of services that have been added.

  • My saved is your personal list of saved services.

  • My organisation's shows services added by your organisation.

Save a service to your personal list

  1. Open Services.

  2. Select All added.

  3. Find the service you want. If needed, enter its name in Search services... and submit the search.

  4. On the service card, select the heart control labelled Save.

  5. Select My saved to check that the service now appears in your personal list.

Saved services are personal to you. Other staff members do not get the service in their saved list when you save it.

View or remove a saved service

  • Select View on a service card to see its details.

  • To remove a service from your personal list, select its heart control again. It is labelled Unsave once the service is saved.

Choosing Unsave removes the service from My saved only. It does not delete the service from the shared directory.

Saving a service and adding a service are different

Use Save when a useful service is already in the shared directory and you want it in your personal shortlist.

Use Add a service when your organisation offers a service, or knows about a service, that should be added to the directory. A service you add appears in All added and My organisation's.
