What services appear in my directory and how do I save a new service to it?

These services you have referred or signposted clients to, to save a new service to your directory please follow the steps below.

📖 Learning: Your directory of services includes three tabs under the 'Services' tab on the left-hand side of the case management software.

1. 'All added services' are all services you have signposted or referred to.

2. 'My saved services' which are all services you have personally saved (how to do this is explained below)

3. 'My organisation's services' these are all services attached to your organisation. These are all the listings from your organisation on the marketplace, and those that refer will go into your case management software.

  1. Head to the marketplace at https://services.thejoyapp.com/

  2. Click on the service you are looking for 👇

  3. Select the ‘Save’ button ❤️ underneath the service name

  4. It can now be found on your ‘Services’ tab under 'My saved services'! 🎉

💡 Hint: These services are saved just for you (not organisation-wide), so you can personalise this list as much as you like!
