š Learning: If you have referred to a service which is not on Joy, you can still document this referral and track it within the 'Services' tab, and gather data on it.

If there is no existing record for this service, you will have to create it within the case management software, which this article walks you through! You only need to do this once per service (for your whole organisation) as it will be saved in the system for future use (just search for it on the search bar).
Go to the 'Services' tab š under the client who you would like to manually document the referral for
āSelect āDocument referralā š in the top right-hand corner of the 'Services' tab
āSelect āCreate a new serviceā š in the bottom right-hand corner
āAdd a specific weblink āļø to the service page and select āNextā š
Search for the organisation that provides the service and select it š
Hit āConfirmā š once you have confirmed the organisation is correct
āFill in the service information āļø and select āNextā
āEnsure at least one field of the service contact details āļø is filled out and the box beside it is ticked and select āNextā
āReview the information given and select āConfirm and saveā ā
āYou have created a new service! š
