Problems logging in to Case Management System

If you are having issues logging in please follow the steps below.

  1. Click 'Log In' πŸ‘‡ at the top right

  2. Select 'Forgot password?' πŸ‘‡

  3. You will then be sent an email to reset your password and follow the instructions provided

  4. If you do not receive this email please check your junk or spam, if you do not receive this email please email [email protected]
    ​

  5. You have now reset your password which should allow you to log into the case management software! πŸŽ‰ This should look like the image below.

If you are on the page shown below (the marketplace), please click 'Case management' at the top of the page. This will then take you to the Joy Case Management System:
