How to change a listing owner's email

If you need to change your listing owner simply follow this guide.

How to check the listing email address

  1. Please log-in to Joy via services.thejoyapp.com

  2. Hover over the grey circle in the top right – this will reveal a menu, choose 'My listings' πŸ‘‡

3. Find the listing you would like to see the email of, then use the scroll bar on the bottom to scroll to the right to view the listing email, this is the email attached to your listing

πŸ’‘ Hint: This is the email that will receive notifications when a referral is sent to your service.


If you would like to change the email

  1. Please log-in to Joy via services.thejoyapp.com

  2. Hover over the grey circle in the top right – this will reveal a menu

  3. Choose 'Organisation' πŸ‘‡

  4. Select 'Add new user to my organisation' πŸ‘‡ - if you don't see this option contact [email protected] to update your access permissions

  5. Fill in the details ✍️ of the person you would like to receive referrals

  6. Select 'Send' πŸ‘‡

  7. Hover over the grey circle in the top right – again, this will reveal a menu; choose 'My listings' πŸ‘‡

  8. Find the listing you would like to update the listing owner of

  9. Use the scroll bar on the bottom to scroll and scroll to the right to view the listing email

  10. Click on the email to view a drop-down menu, and select the email πŸ‘‡ you have added

  11. You have updated your listing email! πŸŽ‰
