For JoyConnect to function it needs to access the following URLs and if you have been sent here your IT team might need to be asked to unblock them. They will know what to do. Please send the following to them.
https://services.thejoyapp.com (port 443 because https). This is the list of services available on Joy.
https://builds.thejoyapp.com This is where the app checks for new versions.
