💡 Hint: If your listing is 'unlisted', only methods two and three will work and this link will be the only way people can access your listing.
Method One: By searching the marketplace
Head to the Joy marketplace
Search for your service 🔍 in the top left-hand search bar
Select your service by clicking 'Details' 👇
Copy the URL from the search bar and send it off to your clients
You now have the link to your listing! 🎉
Method Two: By accessing your listings
Head to the Joy marketplace
Hover your mouse over the grey circle next to the ‘Add a new service’ button in the top right-hand corner
Select ‘My listings’ 👇
Select the listing 👇 you would like the link for
Copy the URL and send it off to your clients
You now have the link to your listing! 🎉
Method Three: From within the Services Tab on the CMS
Go to the 'Services' tab 👇 within the case management software (ignore this guide if you do not use the CMS)
Then go to 'My organisation's services' tab 👇 you should now see a list of the services your organisation provides
Then select 'Get link' 👇
Then select 'Copy link' 👇
You have now copied your link, and can send it wherever you would like! 🎉
