How do I find the link to my listing (from the Marketplace and from within the Case Management Software)?

Head to the Joy marketplace

Search for your service 🔍 in the top left-hand search bar

Select your service by clicking 'Details' 👇

Copy the URL from the search bar and send it off to your clients

You now have the link to your listing! 🎉

Head to the Joy marketplace

Hover your mouse over the grey circle next to the ‘Add a new service’ button in the top right-hand corner

Select ‘My listings’ 👇

Select the listing 👇 you would like the link for

Copy the URL and send it off to your clients

You now have the link to your listing! 🎉

Go to the 'Services' tab 👇 within the case management software (ignore this guide if you do not use the CMS)

Then go to 'My organisation's services' tab 👇 you should now see a list of the services your organisation provides

Then select 'Get link' 👇

Then select 'Copy link' 👇

You have now copied your link, and can send it wherever you would like! 🎉
