Summary:

Adding a Client to a List via Client Profile
Navigate to the client's profile in the case management UI.
Click the "Account" button in the top right (one of the four buttons: send email, send text, account, settings).
Scroll down to the "Client List" section.
Click the pencil icon to edit.
Select the desired list(s) from the available options.
Save the changes.
Adding Clients to a List via the Lists Menu
Go to the main menu on the left and click "Lists."
Select and open the specific list by clicking its name.
Click "Add Clients" in the top right.
Search for clients and click the "+" button next to those you want to add.
Click "Add to List" in the bottom right to confirm.
Removing Clients from a List
Open the specific list from the "Lists" menu.
Check the box next to the client(s) you want to remove.
Click the "Delete" option in the top right.
Confirm by clicking "Yes, Delete" (this only removes them from the list, not from Joy entirely).
