WorkWell Re-Referrals Guide

How to create a new WorkWell tracker for a client that has been referred a second time.

To accept a re-referral:

  1. Click on ‘Inbound Referrals’ 👇

  2. Click ‘Open’ 👇 on the far-right-hand side of the patient

3. A pop-up will appear with their referral information and the details of the referrer, check these to ensure the referral is appropriate and then click 'Accept' 👇 at the bottom of the page

4. It will then show you any current cases or profiles for that client that exists in your organisation.

If this is this is the same client scroll down to the bottom and click on 👇Yes, it's the same client at the bottom of the page.

5. In the next pop up under Client case, give your case a new name ✍️.

!! Very Important !! Click on the new Case Name for the name to save !!

6. At the bottom of the page click 'Save'

Congratulations you have now created a new case for the client. You can now ‘View Profile' or ‘Add to the clinical record’ or 'Close'. 🎉


How to create a new WorkWell tracker!

  1. Go to your Client list and open the new case for your client by selecting the case.

  2. Click on the Wellbeing tab within the client record. Hover over the create new button and click on Wellbeing tracker.

3. Choose the WorkWell option in the popup and fill in the details as required.

4. Click save to save the new WorkWell tracker you have created.

Congratulations you have now created a new WorkWell tracker for a re-referred client. 🎉
