How to navigate the client portal

You will learn how to navigate to the ticket portal and filter tickets created by you.

02 Click on the ? (Chat Bot) icon

Click the link to open the Client Portal interface.

Click Client Portal Link

03 Select Tickets Section

Click the Tickets section to view all available support tickets.

04 Open Ticket Portal

Click Go to ticket portal to access the detailed ticket management area.

05 Switch To Support Site

Switch to the support.thejoyapp.com site where ticket details are managed. The first page shows all queries that has been sent by the users in your organisation.

06 Filter Tickets Created By You

Click Created by me to filter and display tickets that you have submitted. Created by me shows all the queries you have submitted

You have successfully navigated the Client Portal to access and filter your support tickets. This process helps you efficiently manage tickets you created within Joy's support system.
