2. Navigate to Client Cases
Access the Client Cases section to view and manage all client-related records securely.
3. Initiate Adding a New Case
Click the "+ Add case" button to start creating a new client case within the application.
4. Select New Client Option
Choose the "New client" option to begin entering details for a new client case.
5. Click on New Client
Choose the options New Client to create a new patient profile
6. Use Autofill Feature
Click the "Autofill" button to automatically populate client information, ensuring accuracy and saving time.
7. Add the NHS number and click Search
Click the "Search" button to find existing client information or verify the entered details.
8. Proceed to Next Step to create the case
You'll learn how to enter case details, assign team members, and save your progress securely.
9. Click Title Field
Click the Title field to begin entering the case name for your new client request.
10. Select Description Field
Click the Description field to provide detailed information about the client's needs and case specifics.
11. Assign a staff member
Click on the staff members name to assign this team member to the case for handling client support.
12. Set Case Status
Update the case status, indicating it is currently being worked on or waiting.
13. Update Key Needs Selection
Click "Select key needs" to choose the primary requirements or services related to the case.
14. Open Colour Selection
Click "Select colour" to assign a color label for easy visual identification of the case.
15. Save Case Details
Click "Save" to securely store all entered case information and finalize the creation process.
