How to navigate the calendar

To change the week you are viewing:

  • Select the arrows to move forwards or backwards a week at a time.

To return to the current week:

  • Select the ‘Today’ button

Understanding the status colours and icons

Each appointment status has a corresponding colour. You can find the legend of colours on your ‘Calendar’ page!

Once the status of an appointment has been changed, the colour will update!

Icons

🚫The client did not show up for the appointment

⚠️ The appointment time has passed and you have not updated the status

✅ The appointment has been marked as attended

📱 The appointment will take place over the phone

🎦 The appointment will take place using a video call

👤 The appointment will take place face-to-face


How to use the sidebar

Once you select an appointment, the sidebar will pop up. This sidebar will allow you to:

  • Go straight to the client’s record via the ‘View client’ button

  • Edit the appointment details

  • Edit the appointment notes

How to change the hour range displayed on the calendar

1. Select ‘Settings’ ⚙️

2. Choose the hours that you would like to be displayed by editing your working hours ⏰

3. Select 'Save'

4. You have now changed the time range displayed on your calendar! 🎉
