How to use the new integrated calendar

Creating appointments within the calendar

  1. Head to the β€˜Calendar’ tab πŸ“… on the left-hand side

  2. Choose your date and click πŸ‘‡ in the slot you would like to make the appointment > Click on Client Appointment

  3. Search for your client and click πŸ‘‡ on their name

  4. If you use the integrated calendar click the option "Add to GP appointment book" or if not click on "Do not add to GP appointment book"

  5. Fill in the details ✍️ of the appointment for example Title or Category, Contact Method and location.

  6. Choose your time slots and duration:

    1. The default slot time is as selected upon setting up the calendar.

    2. To change the time click on the date/time box and a pop up will appear where you can change the time slot and duration of the slot.

    3. If you are using the integrated calendar, time slots that have all ready been taken will be greyed out.

  7. Add the booking confirmation and reminder as required and click Save βœ….
