🔔 When a client receives a text or email that you would like them to reply to, it will look like this:

👇 Once they select the link to reply it will take them to this page:

🎉 Once they have submitted a response they will see this page where they are able to edit the response they have sent:

The response they have submitted will now be visible on their Joy profile under their 'Client record', it will also appear in the 'Messages' tab.
