💡 Hint: If a client self-refers to your service, their clinical record won't be automatically selected, therefore, you will need to match the clinical record with their GP practice which should be filled in on their referral form.
In Joy Marketplace, clients can search for your service and select it, or you can provide them with a link to your listing
They will arrive at the page below that will allow them to select ‘Make a referral’ 👇
Clients will arrive at the page below, they need to select ‘I am signing up myself’ 👇 and fill in their details ✍️
Once they select submit at the bottom of the page, the client will appear in your ‘Inbound referrals’ tab 📥 where you can process their referral
