For GP practices using EMIS, after JoyConnect has been installed. For those unfamiliar with JoyConnect, ask your practice / PCN manager about the benefits & impact - here's an overview.
Enter your EMIS username and password ✍️ on the activation window shown below
This will appear automatically - if not, look for JoyConnect in your taskbar or ask your practice manager.The JoyConnect widget will appear on your screen
📌 Note: You may need to wait a minute for the icon to appear. If you still cannot see the icon after a few minutes, check or expand your taskbar - the JoyConnect application may be minimised there.

3. Click the '+' symbol 👇 to open JoyConnect
4. You should now be able to use JoyConnect! 🎉
