This guide will show you what it looks like when a service provider (who does not use the CMS) accepts a referral.

If the 👨‍🦰 service provider chooses to accept the referral they will see:

The 👩‍🦳 referrer will receive this email:

When the 👩‍🦳 referrer selects ‘view message’ they will see:

This is how it will appear on the client's profile on Joy Case Management Software for the 👩‍🦳 referrer (if they use the CMS):
