Log into your Joy Case Management System

Click on “My Organisation” 👇

Find your name and scroll all the way to the right where you will see three dots

Click the three dots 👇
​

Select “Edit clinical system login” 👇
​

Choose the practice you’d like to connect to Joy 👇
​

Put your EMIS username ✍️ at the practice you’ve selected in the space for the username
​

Put the password ✍️ in the space for the password
​
(Note: this is the special password set by your IT team to access Joy and not your usual EMIS password to log in)
​

Click “Save” 👇
​

Repeat the process 🔁 for each practice
​

You have now connected a practice to EMIS on Joy! 🎉
