This error message arises out of an EMIS connection error, this usually means that the NACS code is incorrect.

The error will look like this:

✔️ Solution: Follow the steps below.

  1. Click on the 3 dots 👇

  2. Select 'Update connections details' 👇

  3. Please edit your Organisation’s NACS code aka your EMIS organisation ID (displayed at the very top of the window).

    ⚠️ This is not your ODS code ⚠️

  4. Then select 'Connect' 👇

  5. If it continues to fail please delete the connection by pressing the 3 dots and create a new connection using these details: ✍️

    • Name: Your GP surgery name

    • NACS code: Your EMIS code

    • Username: APIUSER

    • Password: Monday123
