Error message 1
After activating the product in the EMIS pop up the following error message appears:
"The given key was not found in the dictionary"
This means that the user has not been ticked in EMAS manager.
✔️ Solution: To rectify this please ask the practice manager or anyone with access to EMAS manager to do the following:
Click the EMIS ball
Choose “System Tools” 👇
Choose “EMAS Manager” 👇
4. Choose "Partner API" 👇 from the bottom left
5. Find and then select "Joy" 👇 from the list
6. Click “Log in Access” 👇
7. Click on "User" 👇 to alphabetise the list
8. Find the name of any staff who may be connecting/signposting patients to local services e.g.
This includes:
GPs and clinicians who may signpost a patient to support during a consultation
Admins Staff handling appointment requests
ARRS roles such as Social prescribers/health coaches/care coordinators
Please don’t untick any users who are already ticked.
9. Tick both boxes for “auto” ☑️ and “allow login” ☑️

10. Click “OK" 👇
11. You have now updated the EMAS permissions correctly! 🎉
When this has been updated, please log out of EMIS and back in, when you add your EMIS username and password now it will show as activated.
