This error message usually arises from an EMIS set-up error, this means that the credentials stored to open the Joy Portal are incorrect.

The error message will look like this on your screen:

This means that the credentials stored to open the Joy Portal are incorrect.

โœ”๏ธ Solution: please complete the following steps.

  1. Click the EMIS ball
    โ€‹

  2. Click "Configuration" ๐Ÿ‘‡
    โ€‹

  3. Then, click "Organisation configuration" ๐Ÿ‘‡
    โ€‹

  4. Click โ€œOrganisationโ€ ๐Ÿ‘‡

  5. Click on your surgery and then click on โ€œEditโ€ ๐Ÿ‘‡

  6. Find Social Prescribing ๐Ÿ” in the list and click it ๐Ÿ‘‡

  7. Please confirm the following:

    • Username: Joy[Your ODS code] (for example, if your ODS code is N81006, your username would be: JoyN81006)

    • Password: Monday123

  9. When EMIS asks if you want to log out, choose โ€œYesโ€ ๐Ÿ‘‡
